The service advisor (Cristian) did not attend to our needs. It seems that the staff they have is always saturated and therefore they need more staff or an adequate or larger service area that allows Ford to meet the needs of its customers.

My car had a recall from Ford, they did the repair at no cost. I took the opportunity to have another additional repair made to the Cooling system. be satisfied with the work done. Although you should consider that it is more expensive than other mechanical workshops. By the way, the Advisor Miguel López assisted me, very friendly and professional.

It was for a semi-new car and the telephone service was good but since they didn't have something similar to what I was looking for, there was no follow-up. In the end, I was able to buy it from another agency.

Be careful when they leave their cars in service!! They like to take other people's things and then tell you that they don't have it. They may have the best attention from their advisors but the bad taste in your mouth does not go away, and you think that you trust that they are a serious company. Today I was most disappointed with the service area, it's a shame that I still have to take my truck in for warranty reasons, otherwise I wouldn't come back.
